0% failure rate in beta.

Our proprietary failure-detection catches the silent ones too: posts that report success from the API but never appear, posts stuck in review, audio rights flagged after the fact. Detected, retried, surfaced in plain English.

  • Catches silent failures other schedulers miss (post not visible, post in review, audio struck)
  • Auto-retries on transient failures, no manual re-queue
  • Friendly error reasons in plain English, no "IG Graph API error 9007" lookups
  • One failed upload doesn't block the next one
  • Inspect failures and retry from your AI assistantComing soon
Beta users posting 20+ a week recover about 3 posts per account every week, uploads that would have silently failed elsewhere.

How it works

Three steps. Four minutes per platform. Then it just runs.

  1. 01

    Connect your accounts

Hook up TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Bluesky in two clicks each. PostAtlas uses the official APIs, no browser automation, no headless logins, nothing that risks a strike on your accounts.

  2. 02

    Bring your clips in

Drag a folder or sync from Drive, Dropbox or iCloud. PostAtlas builds your library, generates thumbnails, and detects aspect ratios automatically.

  3. 03

    Schedule the queue

Pick clips, pick a cadence, hit Queue. Posts ship across every connected platform on the schedule you set.

no other bulk scheduler catches these. We do.
I was scheduling 30 shorts a week across five tabs. PostAtlas turned my Sunday-night ritual into a 12-minute thing. I got my Sundays back.

The retry logic alone is worth the price. TikTok used to randomly eat one of my posts every week and I'd find out two days later. Doesn't happen anymore.

I run a handful of clients. I used to need a spreadsheet to remember whose account was where. Now there's just one queue. Actual sanity.

A note from the founder

Hey, I'm RK.

PostAtlas started as a small personal scheduler I ran for my own accounts, and ended up turning my Sundays from a two-hour ritual into about fifteen minutes. I'm now running a paid closed beta with creators from my network, and we iterate on the product weekly.

In early 2026 I left my job to build apps that try to make the world slightly better, and to share my journey working with and building on AI as I go. I quickly found I loved making content, and started launching a small series of consumer apps of my own alongside it. The making part was great; the posting was the part that kept getting in the way. No tool I tried was built for what creators actually do today (mass scheduling across platforms, AI-generated short-form, fast iteration), and most were expensive and shaped for marketing teams.

Every part of the stack is mine. The code, the queue logic, the per-platform publishers, this site, the support replies when something breaks at midnight. If you sign up you're talking to me, and most reasonable feature requests ship within a couple of weeks of being raised.

FAQ

The questions everyone asks first.

No. PostAtlas posts via each platform's official content API, the same pipe every legitimate scheduler uses. Platforms do not suppress API-posted content as a class. The one notable caveat is Instagram trending audio (see below). Apart from that, our beta creators have not seen a reach drop versus posting natively.

No, never. Each platform connects through its own official OAuth flow: you log in on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or Bluesky's own login page, approve the permissions, and PostAtlas receives a scoped access token. We never see your password and we never log in as you. Tokens are stored encrypted at rest, and you can revoke them from your account at any time or from the platform's own settings.

PostAtlas retries automatically with exponential backoff. If we exhaust retries, you get a clear error in the queue ("Instagram token expired", not a stack trace) and a one-click retry once you've fixed it. Failures on one platform never roll back successes on another.

Honestly, if you're happy on what you've got, don't switch for the sake of it. PostAtlas is built specifically for short-form creators who post a lot, and the things we obsess over (auto-recovery on every failure, smart cadence, per-platform retries, MCP control from your AI assistant) matter most at that posting volume. If you're scheduling fewer than ten posts a week or your real bottleneck is making content rather than logistics, your current tool is probably fine.

True for any tool that posts via Meta's API. It's a Meta limitation, not a PostAtlas one. We surface this clearly when you schedule to IG Reels so you can decide whether to go via PostAtlas or post that one manually.

TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram (Reels and Feed), Facebook Pages, and Bluesky. X and Threads support is on the roadmap once their APIs stabilise around media uploads.

Depends on your tier. Hobbyist and Creator come with one creator profile, which connects to all five platforms (so up to five accounts: one TikTok, one YouTube Shorts, one Instagram, one Facebook, one Bluesky). Agency comes with up to 10 creator profiles, so up to 50 accounts. Large Studio is unlimited. The pricing section above has the full breakdown.

Within one creator profile, no: it's one account per platform. To run two TikTok accounts (your personal one and a brand one, say), you'd use two creator profiles. Hobbyist and Creator come with a single profile; Agency comes with up to 10, so an Agency seat can run 10 TikToks, 10 YouTubes, and so on.

You build a queue from your library: pick clips, set start time, set a gap (or use smart cadence). PostAtlas writes one row per (clip × account) and ships them independently when their time comes up. If one platform fails, the rest still post.

Yes, on Creator and above. Each post can have one shared caption or per-platform variants, and we show character counters per platform inline so you don't get truncated mid-hook.

It's in active development. We're building a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server so you can list clips, schedule posts, inspect the queue, and retry failures from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible client. It ships during the closed beta on Creator and above. Setup details will land in your account when it's ready.

No. PostAtlas is an independent scheduling tool that uses each platform's official content APIs under their developer terms.

We onboard creators in cohorts so we can actually keep up with feedback. The current cohort of 100 is full. The waitlist gets first access on the next intake. You'll hear from us before the public ever does.

Plans start at $11/mo for Hobbyist and go up through Creator at $24/mo, Agency at $69/mo, and custom pricing for Large Studio. All plans are monthly: no annual lock-in, no setup fees, no surprise overage charges. See the pricing section above.

No, and we don't plan to. PostAtlas ships product updates monthly, so the price reflects the product as it stands today. Monthly only, cancel any time, no annual lock-in.

Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current period; no questions, no retention call. Your scheduled posts continue to ship until your period ends.

We don't refund the current billing cycle. PostAtlas is in paid closed beta, and beta seats join knowing the product is still maturing. The exception: if we explicitly committed to fixing or shipping something specific and haven't delivered within two weeks of you reporting it, get in touch and we'll refund that cycle. Cancellation always takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep using the product until then.

Not yet. It's something we're planning to introduce once the beta has settled in and we have a sustainable read on costs. If you're a student creator and you'd use it, get in touch and we'll add you to the list so you hear about it the moment we launch one.
